For a budget inn it is great. Clean and comfortable rooms. There are some rough spots on furniture as it is dated but it is all working and clean. Refrigerator and coffee pot clean and working. Hot water and heating/cooling worked well. If you need a clean place to stay with no frills, this is your place. Solid wifi. We shall stay here again. Best $45 motel in many years!

Stated here many times the past 3 years. Recently stayed long term. Owners have always been kind and helpful. Always make sure I have clean towels everyday and do a superb job cleaning the room. Definitely recommend for people on a budget and don't care about all the fancy stuff
We are here now. The rooms are dated but the price is very reasonable. We needed a place that was clean and we needed a place that had no damage to the property that was significant. Extremely reasonable rate A few things that I think could be easily fixed in the room and not done but I could have easily paid twice this price on another hotel or motel actually. So we're satisfied
We lodge our employees here as needed. The prices are very reasonable..they offer very competitive weekly rates, housekeeping is done regularly even on weekly stays which is rare. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Great little Budget Motel!
